This product is designed for use in film, injection, blowing, Synthetic fiber, Woven sacks, cast films, Pipe extrusion and calendar. These master batches are used at additional levels of 1% to 5% depending on the application, opacity/coloring requirements and thickness of the end products. This well-established product range is based on carefully selected premium TiO2 and calcium carbonate filler with and without any content of fluorescence whitener. This product is designed for use in general purpose film, injection, woven sacks, blowing and calendar. These master batches are used at additional levels of 1% to 5% depending on the application, opacity/coloring requirements and thickness of the end products. In addition to the standard range PG has developed many other formulations to suit more specific requirements

This well-established product range is based on carefully selected carbon blacks to give a spread of properties from excellent Jetness, UV protection and food contact approval to more economical blacks for imparting colorations. These master batches are used at additional levels of 1% to 10% depending on the application, opacity/coloring requirements and thickness of the end products.

The term ‘Oxo-biodegradable’ is a hybridization of two words, oxidation and biodegradable. It clearly defines a two-step process initiated by the Reverted additive to degrade the polymer chain (break up) and make it available for biodegradability within the environment when a treated item has finished its useful life.

• Step 1 "Oxidative Degradation" Oxo-Biodegradable Plastics start to degrade once they are disposed in the natural environment after completion of their lifetime as plastic products. It is called Oxidative Degradation enhanced by catalytic reaction. As a result of this, the oxidative reaction leads chain scission of polyolefin polymers matrix and the production of low molecular mass oxidative products such as carboxylic acids, alcohol etc.
• Step 2 "Biodegradation" The low molecular mass oxidation products in the process of degradation Step 1 are going to be bio-assimilated gradually in soil or bio-active composting environment. It is called Biodegradation (or Mineralization). Finally, they are converted into CO2, H2O and biomass as the final remnant. Application: All types of carrier/shopping bags, Garbage bags & bin liners, Bread bags, shrink and pallet wrap, Agriculture & mulch films, plastic netting products & packaging and Multi layered films used in flexible packaging for food and other products.

Additives masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of functional additives dispersed in a polymer carrier (such as PE, PP, or PS). It is used to enhance the properties of plastic products during processing and end-use. Enhance properties as improve performance (UV resistance, flame retardancy, anti-static etc.). Enhance processing as (lubricants, anti-blocking agents etc.). Add Special Features (antibacterial, biodegradability etc.)
